Manages the development of the turnaround plan with defined goals and objectives. Establishes a clear set of planning guidelines and metrics through which the planners, reliability coordinators, and business leaders may best implement the turnaround.

Responsible for the integration of reliability, maintenance, inspection and capital work items. Driver of the preparation & execution of the TA mechanical work scope

Develop detailed job plans with safety as the number one priority. Develop bid specifications, assist procurement with bid analysis, and validate requisitions for purchase orders.

  Develop, analyze and optimize both unit and overall schedules using P6 or MS Project or other client preferred software. Validate resource requirements for the total event, by unit / contractor / constraints. Monitors and updates schedules through meetings, resource coordination interviews and field verification. 

From facility siting plans, temporary office requirement loading, parking and lay down yard plots to document control, ACAD and data entry.
